Manual OTP input

Added support for manual OTP input

1. In Accounts set `manual` in the `phone data` for accounts which support only manual OTP.

Manual OTP link will also display numbers from other providers waiting for SMS. So if you already have SMS provider or modem added, you can leave it as it is without changing the phone data column to manual.

2. Open Manual OTP link by adding your key at the end of the URL:

Add your key at the end to open: https://encsoft.app/OTPPage?key=

3. Easy to use: Select number > Enter OTP > Submit
