For US/CA/EU events. Floor/GA/Letter sections may differ on the backend from what is shown in the picture.

To find out the actual name of Floor/GA/Letter sections, you need to use special website by appending the event ID at the end to see real name of sections on backend: https://pubapi.ticketmaster.com/sdk/static/manifest/v1/eventID.

Let's break it down using the example of the Rolling Stones concert in Orlando:

Open backend link with event ID in incognito mode and follow to the "manifestSections" using search bar: https://pubapi.ticketmaster.com/sdk/static/manifest/v1/22005F74AEFA0FEE

For EU modules, you need to add the region (like NL-/DE-/AU-) before the event ID in the link. Example: https://pubapi.ticketmaster.com/sdk/static/manifest/v1/NL-607658091

For example, if you need to map floor sections 1-5, search for similar names in the manifest sections under the "name" field, and paste them into the "multiple sections" field tasks file.

Numbered sections, such as 113, 114, 115 (seat places) usually remain the same as in picture.
