For US/CA/EU events. Floor/GA/Letter sections may differ on the backend from what is shown in the picture.

To find out the actual name of Floor/GA/Letter sections, you need to use special website by appending the event ID at the end to see real name of sections on backend: https://pubapi.ticketmaster.com/sdk/static/manifest/v1/eventID.

Let's break it down using the example of the Rolling Stones concert in Orlando:

1. Open backend link with event ID in incognito mode and follow to the "manifestSections" using search bar: https://pubapi.ticketmaster.com/sdk/static/manifest/v1/22005F74AEFA0FEE

For EU modules, you need to add the region (like NL-/DE-/AU-) before the event ID in the link. Example: https://pubapi.ticketmaster.com/sdk/static/manifest/v1/NL-607658091

1. For example, if you need to map floor sections 1-5, search for similar names in the manifest sections under the "name" field, and paste them into the "multiple sections" field tasks file.
