How cart drop monitoring works?

1. Resale ticket(s) posted on TM resale initial [here you get cart URL from monitor]

2. Any bot user immediately carts that tickets

3. Cart not paid (payment ban, bot errors & etc)

4. Cart expires in 10 minutes and drops back to stock

5. You cart that ticket using Encore cart drop monitoring

1. Get cart URL link when ticket posted on TM resale initial:

• I option: get it from your CG if it has such monitors

• II option: get it from logs of resale tickets in-bot monitoring

2. Run Ticketmaster module > Select Launch cart drop monitoring

Also setup "MonitorDelay" (3000) and "CartDropStartDelay" in Settings

3. Choose current or create tasks

Account email in tasks are enough for CD monitoring, no need to fill event URL in task.

Support watchdogs as well

4. Enter cart URL from initial resale monitor in CG or from in-bot monitor

5. Specify the time (in minutes) after which the bot will start monitoring the ticket. During the specified time, the bot will be in sleep mode.

When setting the timer, keep in mind that the official expiration time for the card is 10 minutes. Therefore, approximately 10 minutes after the initial, the cart may drop back.

6. After the timer expires, the bot will start monitoring the tickets through the link. As soon as the card drops and the ticket appears in stock, the bot will try to cart it.
